Upcoming Northern Kentucky Events!
A week from Saturday the Northern Kentucky chapter of Kentuckians for the Commonwealth plan on holding a unique fundraiser that should have something for everybody. Whether you enjoy testing your knowledge, dance parties, costume contests, or just good drinks and good company there will something for you!
The chapter will set up at Pike Street Lounge, located at 266 Pike Street in Covington, Kentucky, at 3 pm to start talking to patrons about some of the work the chapter has done in Northern Kentucky. At 6:30 member Nathan Kinsman will begin a Kentucky themed trivia show, with teams consisting of up to 8 people. Following the trivia show, DJ Dane Jacy will host a dance party, and there will be a Kentucky Idol themed costume contest at midnight!
Needless to say, the owners have agreed that a percentage of all proceeds will go to support the work KFTC is doing around the state.
So please, join KFTC members to test your knowledge, and see which of your friends most resembles George Clooney, Ashley Judd, or Johnny Depp!
