Central Kentucky Chapter Meeting & Voting Rights Update | Kentuckians For The Commonwealth

Central Kentucky Chapter Meeting & Voting Rights Update

Join us for our monthly chapter meeting. We'll focus this month on Voting Rights in Kentucky -- where we are, why it matters, what we can do together to achieve our vision for a more just Kentucky.

We'll have a special presentation from long-time Voting Rights organizers Dave Newton and Tayna Fogle, including stories from directly impacted members of our community who are fighting to restore their civil rights.

Please RSVP today and invite a friend!

All are welcome. We strive to make our chapter meetings accessible to all. If you require special accommodations in order to participate, please give us a shout at meredith@kftc.org.

The space:
The Episcopal Mission House is located at the corner of 4th and MLK in Lexington, just across from the Living Arts and Science Center. The building is wheelchair accessible via an elevator at the main entrance (the "back door" right at the edge of the parking lot).

The space has an additional room that we reserve for any children or young people who might want to come and hang out in their own space while our meeting is in session. We welcome babies or young children in our meetings, and we believe that our work is made better when young folks are at the table. But and also have a separate room with games and art supplies available for those who might need to take a break.
