UPDATED Perry County Chapter Meeting + Tax Justice Workshop

Due to concerns about the weather and road conditions, the meeting scheduled for the Monday February 15 has been rescheduled for Monday February 22. We will still meet at 6pm at the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Hazard. 

On Monday February 22, the Perry County chapter will have a special chapter meeting focused on our Tax Justice Campaign, with some time for chapter updates on the General Assembly and at-home lobbying efforts.

Kentuckians For The Commonwealth is working for a day when Kentuckians – and all people – enjoy a better quality of life. To make our vision for Kentucky a reality, we need tax reform that is fair, adequate, and sustainable because so much of our daily lives is made possible by the taxes we pay – things like our schools, textbooks, public safety, the justice system, public health, and more. But if we don’t have adequate revenue, all these things suffer, including our quality of life. And that's why we must stand together and lift up our voices in support of fair tax reform.
