Connecting the Dots Between Racism, Modern Day Slavery and Colonialism, and What You Can Do About It: A Workshop


Please join us as Berea Friends Meeting welcomes Sharon Star Smith, Max Parthas and Tribal Raine leading us in this special one-day racial justice workshop of intensive and interactive learning. Lunch and dinner will be provided.

Registration is $50 

  • Space is limited! Register early!
  • Hospitality is available for attendees traveling to Berea for this event
  • Scholarships are available for those with financial restrictions. Use promotional code SCHOLAR when you register and it will waive the fee.
  • We are expecting a number of Berea College students to be requesting scholarship assistance.  Please consider making an additional contribution to the scholarship fund when you register. 
  • Assistance with local transportation and/or childcare is available.

  • Once the expenses of the workshop have been met, all remaining proceeds will be donated to the Paul Cuffee Abolitionist Center in Sumpter, SC so please consider making an additional donation.
