WKY Tax Justice Deep Canvass

During the Tax Justice training on Wednesday, July 12, members determined that a deep canvass would be the chapter's next step in the statewide campaign to stop Bevin's special session and push for healthy tax reform. 

Join us for deep canvas training, a refresher on the current tax situation, and some friendly neighborhood engagement. 
No previous knowledge of taxes or canvassing needed. 

We'll start training at 10 a.m. at Piper's Tea and Coffee. Coffee and doughnuts provided. 
Depending on attendance, we will send one group to Wickliffe as well as one into Paducah.

Carpools to the training will meet at 9:30 in the McCracken County Public Library lot. Cars can stay parked there all day, so anyone heading to Wickliffe can meet at the Library before the training.
