Power Up Webinar: Voting Rights in Kentucky

Join KFTC every Monday night during the Kentucky General Assembly (January through March) for a discussion about imporant issues affecting Kentuckians, and ways you can make your voice heard. Tonight's discussion is an overview of voting rights issues in Kentucky, especially the campaign to restore voting rights to former felons. We'll discuss key facts about this issue that can help you be persuasive, learn where the issue currently stands in the Kentucky General Assembly, and explore ways you can help build support for voting rights in Kentucky. We'll also share details about the upcoming mark on Frankfort to commemorate the 50th anniversary of an event that featured Dr. Martin Luther King Jr on the steps of the Kentucky State Capitol.

You can join the discussion by phone, and you can also follow-along with a slide presentation if you like.
